Looking across the eastern gun pit at the center bunker. There is a ventilation shaft and Battery Commander's Station on top of the bunker. and that's the other half of the "mechanical signaling system" over the opening. There's a floodlight mounted on a curved post at the corner of the bunker. The wall on the right of the opening is now solid, but was originally just some posts. All three bunkers have the same wall, and all three have been filled in. The fenced in cage was used for filming some scenes for the TV show Lost.
